Ontario Place is one of the premier tourist destinations in Toronto. This entertainment complex is built on three man-made islands connected by bridges to the mainland. It is the flip side of Harbourfront Centre. This is a full service center, complete with various stages for music and dancing (with big-name acts booked nightly at the Molson Amphitheatre), carnival rides, yacht marina, water slides, the world's first IMAX film theater, the Atlantis nightclub and even a separate island filled with children's rides and games. Of course, you will find numerous bars and restaurants throughout these islands of entertainment to help you relax after a wild ride down the canyon rapids or a dizzying film flight in the IMAX Theatre. There is much to do and plenty of fun, but, unlike the Harbourfront Centre, very little is free.
